Cauliflower Leaf Stir-Fry


  1. Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat.
  2. Add in the finely sliced cauliflower leaves and cook for 2 mins.
  3. Mix in the garlic and cook for a further minute.
  4. Add in the soy sauce and season as necessary.
  5. Cook until the sauce has evaporated and serve immediately with noodles.


30g butter

leaves from one cauliflower, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic

1 tbsp soy sauce

salt & pepper to taste
