Cauliflower Leaf Stir-Fry
Method
- Melt butter in a frying pan over a medium heat.
- Add in the finely sliced cauliflower leaves and cook for 2 mins.
- Mix in the garlic and cook for a further minute.
- Add in the soy sauce and season as necessary.
- Cook until the sauce has evaporated and serve immediately with noodles.
Ingredients
30g butter
leaves from one cauliflower, finely chopped
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt & pepper to taste
