Hummus in 5!
Method
Gather the ingredients together and either:
- Blend together in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
- Put in a jug and blitz with a stick blender.
Or
- Place in a bowl and mash with a potato masher or fork.
Great as a dip with pitta bread, tortilla chips, crackers or raw veg. But can also be used as a spread on sandwiches, wraps, falafel or burgers.
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- good pinch of salt
